In this project I utilised pyro simulation, hair rendering and particle dynamics in Cinema4D to model and animate shapes in 3D.

This project was created during my time as a Senior Motion Designer at Nicely Done Productions.

3D Simulation with particles, fire, smoke and fur
Open Health are a Life Science and Healthcare Consulting company. They wanted their abstract brand elements bought to life through animation.

I utilised Cinema4D and Redshift renderer, as well as third party plugins such as EmberGen and X-Particles to experiment and develop a way to animate these abstract elements and shapes.
During a later version of the project, Cinema4D released their fire and smoke simulation which made it much simpler to create the fire and smoke simulations. This meant I didn't have to round trip through EmberGen!
